I didnt like this CD at all!! I found it made me very agitated and unable to focus & relax when trying to meditate.
Another reviewer made a valid point that it is hard to find something suitable for each individual. So I have leant the CD to a couple of friends & they said the same
I Do not recommend this cd!! Especially for people just starting out, as when your a beginner, it can be quite hard to learn how to relax & meditate properly, and this CD certainly wont help!!!

I found this CD a huge disappointment, like so many relaxation music finding something you like is very difficult. The constant 'pipe music' does not help me focus and I become distracted.I would not recommend it.

I teach execise classes and yoga and found this to be a really good cd.No jarring sounds. Can be payed during a yoga session (if you like music while you are going through your postures ect)or in the background while you relax.One of the best of this kind i have bought.

I have by now bought dozens of records of music for relaxation and most of them where a disappointment. This was another one.
The music is too artificial and does not go under your skin it stays on the surface.
The best one I had found so far was:Tony Scott: Music for Zen Meditation.

The music on the CD is very relaxing and uplifting, great for meditation. I am a Reiki practitioner and I use the CD all the time, the tracks are great for treating myself and others as they are all about the right length and begin at a relaxed pace becoming more uplifting and awakening towards the end of the CD.
